Cancellations 

Because your treatment time is reserved especially for you, please be considerate and provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. In the absence of proper notification, Somatic Wellness reserves the right to charge you for the full value of the service. We do have an answering machine, so if you are not able to call within business hours, please leave a voice mail. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
